Automated monitoring

Automated monitoring of regulatory registers and journals. Items are labelled as automated until a named member of staff approves them in the admin; that person is then shown as the reviewer.

How this works: the Desk is software. It drafts Index entries, articles and wire items from the registers and journals it monitors. A draft is published only when a named member of staff approves it in the admin; that person is then shown as the reviewer, with the date, on the page. Pages the Desk wrote that have not yet been approved say “Not yet reviewed” and are kept out of search indexes and feeds.
